Who we are:

New Creation Ministries International (NCMI) is a ministry designed to help bring biblical relevance to the lives of God's people through a greater understanding and appreciation of Old Testament prophetic texts. NCMI finds fulfillment of these texts through the person and work of Jesus Christ. We believe that these passages speak not of a future or physical new creation but rather of the New Creation which Jesus Christ established through His death, resurrection, and presence among His people; and that all of these Old Testament promises of a New Creation are fulfilled in Christ--"If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation." Our goal is to bring clarity to these Old Testament passages and show how they are fulfilled in Christ in a way which not only gives people confidence as they approach these passages but also courage to live out their freedom in Christ. This freedom in Christ comes through knowing that "old things have passed away; all things have become new." We believe the Bible encourages us to focus on what we have and allow the knowledge of our position in Christ to translate into the way we love Him and others rather than trying to live our lives based upon a legalistic system of do's and don'ts. Once we understand that we are not waiting for a physical fulfillment of these Old Testament prophecies, but instead learn to see them fulfilled in Christ, we can approach the Scriptures with an exciting and applicable new outlook based on what we know is a present reality. Knowing these truths brings joy, freedom, and positive application to our lives and the lives of those around us. It begins with the heart and moves freely to our families, friends, community, and world.

This is what NCMI is about. We are not content to simply have a greater theological understanding. We want to have an understanding which is life-changing and impacts the lives of others. We are not content with the way much of fundamental "Christianity" comes across to the world--abrasive, judgmental. We are not content with the legalism taught in so many religious circles. We are content, however, with the joy and peace which come through recognizing what we have now, rather than what we suppose we will have later. We see the Bible's prophecies as fulfilled in Christ, rather than as a distant hope that continually is put off.

NCMI is committed to scholarship, practicality, and most of all, the glory of God. It is our desire that those who read the articles, hear the audio messages, and watch the videos presented here will experience heart-felt passion for living, passion for others, and passion for Jesus Christ. Enjoy your stay at New Creation Ministries International.
